Ananda Yoga and Meditation are based on the highest ancient yogic practices of India. In particular, they are based on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, the author of Autobiography of a Yogi, who brought yoga to the west in the 1920s, and his direct disciple Swami Kriyananda, who founded the Ananda spiritual communities.
Meditation and yoga have transformed my life, and I aspire to share the ancient sacred practice with you. I am a member of Ananda Los Angeles spiritual community and a devotee of Paramhansa Yogananda.
